Dr. Alvin E. Hall Sr. – President/CEO

A highly regarded professional with over 35 years of progressive leadership responsibility in both private and government funded industries. Dr. Hall possesses a strong background in program management and community development. His broad hands-on experience in administrative, managerial and employee involvement initiatives have made significant positive impact on the organization’s success. His extensive background in marketing, labor relations, organizational development, process management and facilities management are the foundation of STI Technologies, Inc. Dr. Hall continually demonstrates his commitment to the principles of diversity and equal opportunity.

Dr. Hall is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the organization. He heads up the strategic management, operation and marketing efforts to successfully penetrate the identified markets for our organization and is responsible for the creation and implementation of business process management plans for organizational clients.

Charles A. Colon, III – Vice President/COO

Mr. Colon is a highly regarded professional with over 18 years of progressive experience in the information management services field with over 15 years of management experience. His proven ability to work independently and to provide the leadership and direction necessary to effectively manage multi-million dollar Federal contracts are essential leadership qualities that guide STI Technologies, Inc.

Mr. Colon is responsible for implementing the strategic plan created by the President/CEO. He assists in the overall marketing of the organization and is responsible for the technology solutions applied to the business process management plans created by the President/CEO for organizational clients. Mr. Colon is the main Point Of Contact to all clientele for contract negotiations, implementations and overall administration. He handles all operational activities of the corporation.
