STI provides technical solutions, engineering direction and expert guidance across multiple projects. We integrate, implement, and deploy systems and application architectures technologies along with implementation and integration strategies to improve our customers network services, systems, applications, and security operations.
OUR SERVICES:
Assessment, evaluation, planning, architecture, design, integration, and implementation of major network system, application, and enterprise service management strategies and solutions.
Analyze and provide recommendations regarding standard and commercial network, system infrastructure, and application management concepts and technologies including familiarity with COTS based solutions such as HP Openview, Tivoli, Unicenter, BMC Patrol, etc.
Analyze and provide recommendations of management system and product integration, implementation and deployment in support of enterprise-wide strategies for provisioning, operations, monitoring, maintenance, and customer service.
Analyze and develop management architecture concepts, alternatives, and strategies.
Develop and implement prototypes, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and hands-on engineering of ESM solutions. Prototyping and integration of enterprise management services, including network, system application, and service monitoring with SNMP, web-based technologies, Web Services technologies and management integration products and technologies.
Analyze and provide recommendations for the tailoring and use of operational process models based on accepted industry standards, (e.g. ITIL and TMF).
Subject matter expert in infrastructure engineering, integration and operations.
Experienced personnel with IT Operations and Process models (e.g. ITIL, TMF etc.).

STI performs infrastructure engineering design, development, implementation, and integration, including concept development, planning, requirements definition and analysis, systems design and development, integration, implementation, and deployment. We also conducted technology forecasting and evaluation, performance engineering, and network convergence analysis and planning.
