Dean Neitman news

STI-TEC now supports the Department of Justice’s Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Special Intelligence (NS), Document and Media Exploitation Section (NSE). STI-TEC will provide Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) Intelligence, Administrative, and Program support services to NSE in support of DEA and Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) agency investigations requiring investigative support in the collection and/or analysis of bulk quantities of hard copy and soft copy data. Our support services include the collection, analysis, and dissemination of investigative information as well as coordination and implementation of administrative services and program requirements supporting NSE workflow and team operations, personnel management, and travel arrangements.  Our DEA team is based in Merrifield, VA with staff at 8 sites nationwide.

The DEA’s mission is to enforce the controlled substances laws and regulations and bring to the criminal and civil justice system, or any other competent jurisdiction, those organizations and principal members of organizations, involved in the growing, manufacture, or distribution of controlled substances appearing in or destined for illicit traffic in the United States; and to recommend and support non-enforcement programs aimed at reducing the availability of illicit controlled substances on the domestic and international markets.
