CEO, Charles Colon, presented Gregory Fox with a recognition coin after receiving feedback from our customer highlighting his contributions on maintaining their site. Last week, after learning that the customer’s website went down, Greg took the point on correcting the problem and worked well beyond his normal shift to restore the website. Working alongside him, Rob Bebout and Dean Neitman were both thoroughly impressed with Greg’s technical process in solving the issue. Greg’s dedicated approach to identifying the problem and restoring the website garnered our customers’ admiration, appreciation, and most of all, restored their confidence in our company’s ability to manage their website.
