Dayton, OH – August 13-15, 2019 – STI-TEC hosted a tri-service technical interchange meeting in support of the AFRL led Cyber Contextualized Operators Perspective (C-COP) program.  Representatives from the Air Force (AFRL/RH and AFRL/ RI), Army (ARL), and the Navy (NIWC – formerly SPAWAR) were in attendance.  Also in attendance, a CPT planner from the 900th CPT (which supports TRANSCOM) and an IMA from the Software Engineering Institute (an FFRDC associated with Carnegie Mellon).
